► Book an event
HSCs can use their budget to create and plan events and trips. Before you apply for funding, you will need to decide whether you need to bid for your Individual HSC Grant or for the Halls' Activity Fund.
Below are some guidelines to help you decide.
HSC Individual Grant Account
- Open to residents from all University Halls to bid for funds for activities/items for their Hall
If your HSC would like to plan an event, please complete an Funding Request Form at least one month before your event
All events and trips require you to complete a Risk Assessment Form at least two weeks before your event. For more information on how to complete a Risk Assessment Form please click here.
Trips also require you to complete a Trip Registration Form.
If you have any questions or if you have any trouble downloading these forms, please contact Ruth Dalton using the form below.
